Description
Kulikuli (Peanut Chips) is a very popular Nigerian snack made from roasted groundnuts (peanuts), originating from the Northern part of Nigeria among the Tapa tribe. However, it is widely enjoyed throughout Nigeria and across Africa today. Kulikuli is made of dry roasted groundnuts that are strong ground, milled or blended into a paste, and mixed with ginger, turmeric, salt, hot pepper, and other spices.
